• - Battery,Charger & Usb Cable - 1 week (1 minggu)

• - Others (camera,speaker,microfon not functioning) - 1 week

 

NOT COVERED by WARRANTY :-

• - Any Scratch phone/body set will not covered by shop

• - Broken LCD in/out side phone

• - Any mistakes by own self

 

Customer's Problem & How to Solve :-

• - Speaker/camera/microfone problem - RETURN

• - Software problem:- try to RESET FACTORY & RESTART..OTHERWISE the answer is RETURN

• - Apps transfer to SD CARD - Setting -> Apps -> SD CARD -> Click any apps & move to sd card OR Setting -> Storage -> Preffered installion location -> SD Card.. OTHERWISE -> RETURN

• - Line problem-> check setting line yg digunakan terutama pengguna CELCOM & MAXIS / Sim card problem / Check kawasan masing2 & TOLONG JANGAN bandingkan dgn phone original sebab phone ori mmg tarik line KUAT.

• - Tak boleh download just format balik / Setting - Apps - All apps - Play Store - Force Stop.
